About
Bay Hotel Singapore’s STREET 50 restaurant & bar, brings you the best from around the world, offering diverse flavours from Italian, French and American to Vietnamese, Indonesian and Singaporean with interesting twists.
The kitchen is headed by Chef Ricky, who is classically trained in French cuisine but has also worked on creating Asian cuisine. The food is a delicious assortment of choices ranging from meats and seafood, Asian selections, gourmet bites to pastas and pizzas.
For those cool evenings when you wish for a little warm soup, opt for hotpot. Hotpot here is served up in both group pots and individual pots – unique designs of little dragons blanket these pots in a sharp shade of royal yellow and royal blue. Hotpots don’t actually get more chinoise royale than this. Patrons have an option of either the Imperial Chicken broth made rich by simmering chicken for hours in a cauldron or the the Siamese Luck, a Tom Yam broth that takes you to Bangkok and back.
