Fandango Tapas and Wine Bar is a modern twist on the traditional Spanish ‘tapas’ concept. We pride ourselves on our eclectic menu, serving both traditional Spanish tapas and excitingly diverse dishes from around the world, all served in the ‘tapas’ style. Much like Singapore itself, Fandango is a melting pot of wonderful culinary styles and flavours, and we don’t let a little thing like ‘geography’ come between us and our favourite dishes.
Tapas is the name of a wide variety of appetizers, or snacks, in Spanish cuisine. In many bars, tapas has evolved into an entire, and sometimes sophisticated, cuisine. You can order many different tapas and combine them to make a full meal.
“Tapas with a Twist” are our signature Asian fusion tapas and showcase the many flavours of Asia, served in the tapas style. You can mix them with our traditional Spanish dishes as your mood or your appetite dictates. This is a fun and funky twist on classic tapas dining.
Our wine list is extensive with sixty labels from around the world, and features twenty wines which are available ‘by the glass’ so you can try something new every time you visit. Expect to see unusual grape varietals such as Torrontes, Bonarda and Albarino alongside sure favourites like Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Shiraz. This is your chance to experience a whole new world of wines!
We use only Riedel crystal wine glasses to ensure every glass of wine is a wonderful experience.
