About
"Modern French" cooking may be a much overused word, but in the hands of Chef-partner Jason Lee, it becomes a distinctively unique Cuisine.
A born-and-bred Singaporean, Lee has spent years honing his craft overseas, including working with the first female chef who won the Prestigious Bocuse d’Or Award in 1989 - Lea Linster from Luxembourg. With more than 20 years of travelling, working in and setting up restaurants with various Ethnic Cuisines, Lee is well-versed with the nuances of a spectrum of Cuisine, from Spanish - Japanese - Singaporean.
Always firmly rooted in his French Culinary roots, there is nothing that delights him more than thinking up dishes that are embraced by his customers. His latest venture - Chef d’ Table - will focus on his creative energy and the constantly changing menus.
One will always be delighted - and never bored - at Chéf d’ Table.
